Who I am and why you're here!I’m Jackie Cave, the founder of Jackie Cave Wellness. I’m a proud mother of two beautiful daughters, the fourth in line to five sisters, and I’ve been told I am a thoughtful, cheerful, trustworthy friend. I love cheesy jokes and a nice cup of tea! I’m a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reflexology Tutor, as well as an Energy Healing and Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage Tutor.
I’ve created a few Complementary Health courses and workshops over the last 25 years in Past Lives, Karmic Ties, Living Joyfully, Crystals, Angels, Dowsing and more. I’ve been round the block a few times and my journey has had a couple of detours along the way. This has enabled me to give guidance to those around me, especially within the holistic community, and soon you! My main focus has always been on helping people to feel confident about themselves, to reach their ideal shape and size, get them in touch with their spirituality, and to help them speak their truth and I know I can do the same for you! |
